RICS Commercial Management in Infrastructure Conference [26th Apr 2017]

This year's infrastructure conference highlighted the importance of commercial managers on large-scale infrastructure projects.
2016's event showcased an analysis of the commercial manager's duties and responsibilities including risk mitigation, collaborative working, supply chain management, cost planning, dispute avoidance, and the use of BIM software.
