What must you demonstrate?
- Demonstrate you have good communication skills both written and oral
- Be willing to travel to see clients and candidates
- To be positive and a self-starter
- Be a hard worker with strong interpersonal skills
- Although you may not have recruitment experience, you will “get” recruitment and how this works
