Could you see yourself being capable of handling the influx of work recently acquired?

Would you be able to become a key part of delivering these contracts?

The Company:

With a turnover of over £55 Million, this contractor has recently acquired a substantial order book of work for 2020 that will initially run for 3 years with a 5 year optional extension dependant on performance. They are very well respected in their sector and consistently carry out works to a high standard, which in turn keeps clients happy and drives more work.

You would be a key component in ensuring compliance so that fines and penalties for non-completed or overrun works don't occur.

Main Duties of the chosen Works Scheduler:

  • Ensure teams receive daily work order in good time so that they will be able to carry out their works effectively and efficiently
  • Able to prioritise planned works to accommodate emergency situations/maintenance
  • Identify works that need to be carried out by external companies

Requirements of the ideal Works Scheduler:

  • Experience with Ontrack Management System (Preferred)
  • Experience in reading and analysing databases (Preferred)
