Salary: Up to £35,000 + package

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Works Manager / Site Manager to join this highly successful civil contractor who are based in Hertfordshire and have built up an excellent reputation over the last decade for providing a reliable and professional service. Due to a forward pipeline of projects they are looking to strengthen their management team with the addition of a site based Works Manager / Site Manager.

This business operate predominately in the rail sector across the London and South East region. They enjoy high levels of repeat and negotiated business as they have a reputation for successful project delivery.

The ideal Works Manager / Site Manager will:

• Have 5+ years Site Management experience gained within a sub-contract environment ideally within the rail sector
• Hold PTS, CSCS and completed either SMSTS or SSSTS
• Be able to lead and motivate teams to make sure projects are completed on time and within budget
