Voids Surveyor - London - N

I have an exciting opportunity as a Voids Surveyor working within the social housing sector for a forward thinking, progressive company that offer a range of benefits 

Initially the duration of this assignment is 6 months, there is a strong possibility this will be extended, offering the chosen Voids Surveyor a long term work opportunity.

The duties include:

• Reducing the void turnaround time  
• Assessing works and writing specifications
• Managing contractors ensuring works are carried out on time and within budget
• Ensuring that properties are fit for rental
• Managing major and minor voids works

Essentials:

• Must have 5 years' experience working in the social housing sector
• To have worked as a Maintenance Surveyor or Building Surveyor
• A driving license and transport are essential for this role
• Must have experience of contractors
