The opportunity has arisen for a Trainee Quantity Surveyor to join an international specialist facade contractor to be based in Central London. With all projects based in and around London, initially the role will see you working on fit out and refurbishment projects including several schemes for a high end retailer.  

Your duties will to assist the newly formed Maintenance Department in pricing new work, sub-contractor selection, issuing of orders, processing payments, applications for payment and contractual correspondence.

Required:

• 1-2 years relevant experience
• Ideally façade experience
• Degree qualified or equivalent or working towards
