Based:  Ealing or Staines upon Thames

Are you a Surveyor with Disrepair and Due Diligence experience?

Are you able to assess defect claims and structural defects?

Do you hold a Surveying or construction related qualification?

This key Technical Surveyors role involves working with this Housing Association, delivering general property service duties ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will undertake  regular inspections and be the technical point of contact for residents.

In addition you will be tasked with carrying out condition surveys as required, diagnose defects, compile accurate reports and provide recommendations to remedy defects. A key part will be to meet with consultants and/or contractors on site to agree programme of works.
