As Technical Services Manager your role will be to lead and deliver fast track commercial fit-out contracts, in the region of £1 - £5 million in value. The successful individual must work efficiently, safely and professionally to ensure that the project is completed within time and budget as well as being highly motivated and possess excellent communication skills.

Essential criteria:

•          Minimum 5 years proven Technical Services Management experience

•          Fast track, commercial fit-out experience
