Due to this continued success, they have an exciting offer for a Technical Manager to join their team in London, working on multiple residential projects between 150 and 250 units.

As the chosen Technical Manager:

• You will be working closely with a Technical Director and Senior Technical Manager on two new residential projects simultaneously.

• Attend site visits and meetings to solve issues that arise during the construction process.

• Respond to design and technical issues that arise on site.

• If you’re currently working for a Developer or Contractor delivering similar schemes
