Technical coordinator £45.000 - £55.000 Low rise Residential

Are you experienced with low rise housing developments?

Are you looking to work for a market leading house builders?

This is a great opportunity to work with a house builder with an extensive portfolio of developments from city centre regeneration, to sensitive restoration projects. They are passionate about building the right homes for their customers and they put sustainability at the heart of the construction process.

The ideal Technical Coordinator will have a track record of delivering multiple low rise residential projects and be looking for a move to work with a market leading developer working on challenging UK residential projects, along with traditional build and timber frame experience. This role will see you based on site in South East London with travel around the M25 to oversee technical issues on other sites.

The Technical Coordinator will report to the Technical Manager, demonstrating an essential understanding of residential builds.

Key Requirements:

•    Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering or another relevant related field.

•    3+ years working with developers/ contractors.

•    Experienced working on Traditional build or timber frame projects.

•    Overseeing medium to large residential developments.

•    Available ASAP to 4-week notice
