Supervisor (Demolition) - Hampshire

A respected name in the demolition market has been awarded several projects since the new year, and are looking to recruit several CCDO qualified Supervisors to join their team, to work on a range of schemes between the M25 and the South Coast.

This is company that has been established for over two decades servicing a consistent client base of main contractors, consultancies, property developers and public sector organisations. They embrace the strong relationships that they have built and are always endeavouring to further grow their clientele.

As a Supervisor, your duties will be to:

• Deliver toolbox talks to assigned Operative teams out on site
• Ensure that all paperwork is accurate and up to date
• Attend meetings with the Site/Project Manager on a regular basis to be a representative of the organisation

The ideal Supervisor will have a structured 5+ year history within the demolition sector and hold a valid CCDO card. Being conveniently located in the Head Office will also be a big advantage.

Regular promotional and performance reviews are held and they are renowned for their first-class promotional strategy scheme, which could see you being promoted to Site Manager after 18 months!
