Are you a Package Manager with a solid background in structural steel and looking for your next long-term contract?

This leading civil engineering contractor is seeking a dedicated Structural Steel Package Manager to join their dynamic team on the HS2 project.

The ideal Package Manager will possess a solid background in structural steel management within the civil engineering sector. Key responsibilities include overseeing the coordination and management of structural steelwork, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards, and liaising with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project progression.

Essential skills and experience required:

• Extensive Experience: Proven track record in managing structural steel packages on large-scale civil engineering projects.
• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of structural steelwork, including fabrication, erection, and quality control processes.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee project stages efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, contractors, and team members.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Aptitude for identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions promptly.
• Safety Compliance: Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations related to structural steelwork.
