This highly successful contractor has recently been awarded a £25m commercial development in West London. Due to this contract award they are seeking a Structural Construction Manager to play a key role on this prestigious development.

The successful Construction Manager will have the responsibility of looking after the demolition, concrete pours, paving and structural steel. As Construction Manager, a proven track record of working with key main contractors on similar projects will be essential along with excellent client facing and communication skills.

Essential criteria:

• Minimum 8 years proven construction management experience
• Demolition, concrete, paving and structural steel  

Desirable criteria:

• Degree qualified, or equivalent
