SSSTS OR SMSTS Groundworks Foreman - Kent

A specialist groundworks and RC frame contractor has identified the need to recruit an experienced Foreman to take a hands-on role in leading a large team delivering the groundworks solutions for a development in Kent.

As a Foreman, your duties will be to:

• Oversee the team of labourers and machine drivers out on site, playing a hands-on supervisory role
• Report to the Project Manager on a regular basis
• Ensure that all groundworks is accurate to plan and to assigned deadlines

The ideal Foreman will have 15+ years experience in the groundworks sector holding a valid SSSTS OR SMSTS ticket. A proven ability to successfully lead a team from a hands-on point of view rather than being paperwork-focused would also be advantageous.
