The Company:

A multi-disciplined civils contractor with a significant stature in the groundworks and RC market. Since being formed in the earlier 1990’s, they have seen successive year-on-year growth. They have seen success in a variety of sectors for delivering groundworks and RC such as residential, commercial, rail and infrastructure. They are widely-known for their expertise and work-ethic which has led to developing several long-standing relationships with clients.

The Role:

They are looking to recruit a reliable, ambitious Site Manager with a background in groundworks and RC. Working closely with the Site Foremen and Project Manager, the successful Site Manager will be tasked with ensuring that all site, health & safety and contractual documentation assigned is completed. This will be working on a particular groundworks and RC site in Central London or South East London.

The Ideal Site Manager:

• Proven working history of completing site documentation
• Background in groundworks and RC
• NEC Contract knowledge
