This is an experienced company with a 90 year track record and an excellent reputation for adopting a professional approach to challenging projects. They are currently looking to recruit a Site Manager for a residential improvement project in London for social housing.

This role will see you take responsibility for the smooth running of the project ensuring it is delivered in time and budget to strict safety requirements.

Successful Site Manager will have:

• Minimum 3 years proven Site Management experience
• Kitchen and bathroom experience
• External refurbishment experience 

On offer is up £250 ltd a day, with the potential of going permanent. There is great potential for career progression with in this company.
