Site Manager - Hampshire

This Site Manager opportunity is with a well renowned building contractor that have a passion for developing their staff to gain a better future for them and their employees. This contractor have expanded their business and opened up a new office in the south of England, where they are looking to recruit for talented, hardworking individuals with a passion to learn and develop their career. This Site Manager position will see you assisting the Project Manager in completing an £8m care home new build which you will see out for 18 months until completion. The opportunity will be to showcase your leadership, dedication and ability, with the rewards of more senior positions in the future. Once the project is completed, you will be transferred onto another project, within the M25 region of the UK, and these projects could be worth up to £15m!

Required:

• Experience of working on a project start – finish.
• Refurbishment and New Build experience

Desired:

• Residential project experience
• Healthcare project experience
• Education project experience
