An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager with a long-standing and reputable main contractor on their new project in Royston, Hertfordshire.

This employer is as busy as ever and has an opportunity for a Site Manager to lead the delivery of a complex new build for education use.

This is a great opportunity for a Construction Manager to run the project right from it’s inception as Lead on site and reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager.

Experience running your own projects with values of at least £2m+ will be necessary and this employer will only consider CVs which demonstrate a stable work history, having spent multiple years with previous employers respectively.

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + package including car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus.
