An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager with one of the most successful developers in London. This employer is as busy as ever and has an opportunity for a Site Manager to lead the delivery of a very complicated façade package on one of its flagship developments in Clapham, South London.
This is a great opportunity for a Construction Manager to join a project with several phases yet to start and guarantees stable employment and a fixed place of work for years to come.
Beyond the externals aspects on the current phase, you’ll also work on all other stages/aspects of a new build mixed-use development with clear routes to progression to Project Manager.
This is a second senior Site Manager position managing packages/sections of the scheme from start to completion. As Site Manager you will report into the Project Manager on site and may have Assistant Site Managers reporting into you.
Experience working on sizeable construction projects will be necessary and, given the size and duration of this project, this employer will prefer CVs which demonstrate a stable work history, having spent multiple years with previous employers respectively.
