Site Manager - Surrey

This is a reputable contractor with extensive plans to grow and develop by introducing a Site Manager to their £7m residential scheme in the South of England where they have opened up a new office.

Their current project has recently begun, giving the chosen Site Manager the opportunity to make an impact immediately playing a pivotal role in ensuring the project is completed within the budget and time frame set.

As the Site Manager you will work directly with the Project Manager as well as mentoring up to 3 junior members of staff, allowing you to showcase your leadership and communication skills, with the reward of more senior positions in the future.

The ideal Site Manager must have worked on residential projects from start to finish on several occasions, and have a minimum of 6 years’ experience at this level. It is also essential you have a hard working and dedicated attitude to match the culture and expectations of this organisation.

This role is giving the chosen Site Manager the opportunity to join a growing organisation, as well as expanding your horizons into other sectors within the industry, as this contractor also specialises in Health Care and Education developments in the surrounding area.

Required:

• Minimum 6 years’ experience
• Overseen several residential projects from start to finish
