Site Manager (Demolition) - London

A market leader in the demolition industry has recently secured a large portfolio of work on HS2 and is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager for one of their schemes.

The Company:

• Been incorporated for over 50 years
• Has a tremendous name in the industry for delivering a top-standard service
• Incredibly low staff turnover rate and have used this over the years to grow into who they are today

The Role:

• Manage a package of work involving the demolition, asbestos removal and enabling works for a HS2 scheme
• Ensure that all health and safety documentation is completed to deadline
• Oversee a team of Foremen and site staff of up to 20

The Ideal Individual:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within the demolition sector
• Valid SMSTS
• Valid CCDO card (at least Gold level)
