Job Specification – Site Administrator
Location: Mons, Belgium Contract Duration: 9 months Rate: Equivalent of £250/day Accommodation & Flights: Provided
About the Role
We are seeking a Site Administrator to join a leading groundworks and RC frame contractor on a prestigious new build data centre project in Mons, Belgium. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of site operations through effective administration, documentation control, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain all site documentation, including:
Timesheets
LIMOSA declarations (for non-Belgian workers)
Safety documentation (permits, toolbox talks, risk assessments)
Site induction records
Ensure all staff and subcontractors complete required site inductions.
Organise, update, and distribute meeting notes, schedules, and diaries.
Support the project team with daily administrative tasks.
Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and client representatives to ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
Maintain accurate electronic and hard-copy filing systems.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Site Administrator, Document Controller, or similar role on a construction project (groundworks or RC frame experience advantageous).
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple streams of documentation efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
Fluent in French (spoken and written).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced site team.
Contract Details
Duration: 9 months (with potential for extension)
Rate: Equivalent of £250 per day
Location: Mons, Belgium – site-based for the contract duration
