An opportunity has arisen to join one of the leading developers in the UK, after a very successful 2020 and with loads of contracts secured for the coming years this organisation are extremely busy and are now looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager to join their team.

As Senior Site Manager you will be reporting into the Project Manager while over seeing a team, ensuring the successful delivery of this traditional housing scheme which consists of 271 units.

Initially this role will see you working within the position of Senior Site Manager, but there is the opportunity to progress to Project Manager within 6 months.

The ideal Senior Site Manager:

• Have experience working on complex residential schemes
• Have experience working with large house building
• 5+ years as a Senior Site Manager
