Senior Site Manager - London

This is highly experienced construction company with a track record of almost 50 years, with an excellent reputation for adopting a professional approach to challenging and interesting projects. They are currently looking to recruit Senior Site Manager for a residential project in London. The successful Senior Site manager will have the opportunity to progress their career with in this company.

The Senior Site Manager will work closely with a Project Manager. This role will see you take responsibility for the smooth running of the project ensuring it is being delivered with in time and budget to strict safety requirements.

Successful Senior Site Manager will have:

• Minimum 5 years proven Senior Site Management experience
• Residential experience
• RC frame, brick cladding, ground work and finishing experience
• Complete projects from inception to hand over

On offer is a salary of up to £70,000 plus pension and private health care. There is great potential for career progression with in this company!
