Senior Site Manager - Essex

This highly successful developer is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager, to run a £30 million residential project based in Essex. This is a new build project consisting of 150 units. The successful Senior Site Manager will have responsibility for leading all on site activities while reporting into a Project Manager.

The successful Senior Site Manager should be a highly driven individual, motivated by success. With a solid background and great leadership skills, you will have responsibility for the successful completion of the project. A stable career history of working permanently for several years with a developer or main contractor will also be essential.
