Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant
Location: South East London (Croydon)
Basic Salary: £30k plus- Whatever it takes
Forecast year 1 earnings in excess of £60k         

We are Calco Recruitment Services;  based in the heart of Croydon and have been specialising in Construction and Engineering Recruitment for over 30 years now. 

You will be joining our tight knit, yet dedicated team of recruiters who cover a range of sectors such as: Building construction, Civil Engineering, Highways & Infrastructure, and Utilities (Gas, electrical, telecoms & water networks). Your roles and duties:

A working day typically consists of (but not limited to):

• Sourcing talent (using our extensive database, LinkedIn and other tools)
• Building, nurturing and maintaining relationships
• Working closely with clients to assist with their recruitment needs
• Ideally the ability to build & manage a team

About you:

• In order to succeed and excel in your role, as Senior Construction Recruitment Consultant, here at Calco, you will need to be focused, target driven, resourceful, and passionate about recruitment!
• You will be joining Calco to head up to a warm desk covering various sectors within the Build Environment so experience recruiting within this sector is vital. 
• If you have previous Building Construction, Civil Engineering, Highways or Utilities recruitment experience, a passion for recruitment, the drive to succeed and are keen to make a difference in people’s lives and the built environment around you, then YOU are who we are looking for.
