Their portfolio includes major commercial, residential, sports arena and regeneration schemes with values up to £20m.

They have secured a major portfolio of work that will commence in 2018, with project values ranging from £500k to 6m. The role will be predominantly based in the head office in Milton Keynes, but will require travel to project sites in London and the Home Counties. 

The position will see you oversee a team of 3 other commercial staff, reporting into the Group Commercial Director. A key element of the role will be to ensure the smooth commercial running of the projects, and in general to look after the contractual interests of the company. It will suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who enjoys taking autonomy over their own work, is comfortable working to tight deadlines and who is prepared to offer advice and be able to solve issues when they arise. 

A key requirement is the understanding of both JCT and NEC form of contracts, as well as having a specialist / sub-contract civils background.
