A leading contractor in the Data Centre market are on the looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team working on a Data Centre project for a key client. With scope for work over the next 5 years, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be part of a team of commercial staff starting with a where you will report into a Mechanical dedicated Commercial Manager.

Its an exciting time to be on-board with this contractor!!

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be taking lead on a portion of the Mechanical Package of works on this large Data Centre project. In this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will be handling both the client side as well as sub-contractors in a role where you will be a key component in managing stakeholders.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor OR extensive experience as a Quantity Surveyor ready to step up
• Previous experience in Data Centres would be majorly beneficial, especially on the Mechanical side of things
• Previous experience on the Mechanical side as a Commercial Professional is also accepted
