Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils)

Freelance:  to £525 per day Ltd

Based:  Surrey (GU15)

A commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor is required for a major global specialist engineering contractor!

They are currently in the process of undertaking a major UK infrastructure scheme.  They need an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to initially undertake contract reviews, reporting into a Lead Commercial Manager.  You will play a key role in commercially setting up new contracts, working closely with the delivery Team / Operational Lead.

Experience Required:

• Have extensive NEC experience
• Able to work independently and to a high commercial standard
• Strong at contractual reviews / setting up of contracts
• Structured career history
• Be confident in advising and guiding Senior Management on contractual issues / challenges
• Have experience in working on £50m + projects
