The Company:

They cover all sectors of utilities, including water, power, gas and telecoms. Their portfolio is built of both long-term framework agreements and one-off assigned projects. After being successful in winning awards recently such as ‘top 50 women in Engineering’ and being endorsed for their training and development regimes, they are now looking to use this success to expand as an organisation.
The Role:
A recent influx of work from a £60m per annum utilities framework has brought the need to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to oversee the commercial function of a large portion of the work. This is on a low value, high volume framework contract so the successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be office based and will be required to work at a fast pace. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also be responsible for ensuring that contractual procedures are followed correctly, reviewing CVRs and maintain the change control process.
