One of the UK’s leading property developers is currently working on a £200m 764 unit scheme in South East London. With phase one just coming up to completion, they have identified the opportunity for a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to come and manage aspects of the scheme on a 12 month contract with the possibility to go permanent.

If you’re seeking a long-term freelance assignment that can challenge and enhance your commercial abilities as well as expand your portfolio then look no further!

Required:

• 8 years + relevant experience
• Façade experience is essential
• Concrete frames/groundworks experience is essential
• Ideally experienced in larger schemes
