A highly respected main contractor has an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the business to work on a 65 week project, a new build children’s hospice in Barnet. With their head office in London, this organisation specialises in offering bespoke solutions for procuring and delivering fit out and construction projects throughout a variety of sectors including Commercial, Residential, Education and Arts & Leisure.
Their projects range from improving specific areas of one floor to large scale fit outs of entire buildings on the fit-out side, on the construction side, projects range from a light refurbishment of an office to building a school, house or restaurant from scratch. Whilst reporting to the experienced Commercial Manager, the role will see you working on the 65 week project, due for completion in 2019.
