This leading contractor have been around for decades and during their time have delivered on countless complex projects within the civils sector. Within their history they have been involved in major projects and have always provided the best possible service and are searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to match their efforts and enthusiasm in everything that they do. As the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will be working on a £20m station regeneration project that will be lasting 2 years. There will be many opportunities to move onto other exciting projects so you will never be short of work. The chosen Surveyor will be working on developing step-free access in the station, overseeing the construction of new ticket halls and developing a new entrance to the station and every step of the way will be entitled to equal opportunities, so there will always be a chance to progress to more senior positions.

Required:

• Structured career history
• 7 + experience in Quantity Surveying
• NEC experience
• Station or rail experience
• BSc, MSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
