Can you take off from drawings and produce a Bill of Quantities with a scale rule?

This London based, family run business has over 100 years of experience within the industry. They boast an impressive track record and are committed to delivering the highest standard of service to their clients. They are now looking to introduce a Senior Quantity Surveyor to their team.

This is a permanent opportunity for a contractor capable of delivering diverse and challenging works which include commercial, cultural, heritage and one of speculative projects.

The role of Senior Quantity Surveyor will see you:

• Work on London based projects
• Deliver projects of value £1M to £10M

So what’s required?

• 10 years of experience from a general building contractor background

Preferred but non-essential:

• HND, HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent 

What’s in it for you?

• Salary of up to £60k
• Package includes travel allowance.
• Opportunity to progress to a Commercial Manager.
