Exciting role to join a growing civils division of a prestigious construction company!

Position:

To manage a £10m civils project that is part of a redevelopment programme.  The role will see you take full commercial responsibility of the job, reporting into the Sector Commercial Director

Background Required:

• Ability to work independently
• Have the confidence to deal and manage key stakeholders
• Be commercially astute and look at ways of finding savings and efficiencies through the duration of the works
