Senior Quantity Surveyor - Bristol

A respected and highly regarded medium civils contractor operating in Southern England who operate mainly in the highways sector are looking to strengthen their team with an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor.

With an impressive and increasing portfolio of work already for 2019, they are set to exceed their growth targets for the year.

The role as Quantity Surveyor will see you manage a portfolio of projects and framework schemes ranging in values from £100k to £4m.  Working closely with the Regional Contracts Manager, the overall value of projects will be in the region of £15m per annum.   

Desired requirements for the ideal Quantity Surveyor are:

• Over 5 years’ experience working in the civils sector
• Structured career history
• Able to manage own portfolio of work
