Salary:  £75k + package + subsistence

Based:  Devon (PL4)

About the Company:

One of the leading Infrastructure contractors in the UK, as well as operating on a Global scale, has an exciting opening for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.  They are involved in one of the most interesting and complex engineering projects being delivered in the UK that is of huge importance to the country.

About the Project:

A recent section of work has been awarded, which is part of an overall multi-billion £ spend.  The works are valued in the region of £750m and will involve major civils, structures and building.  The Senior Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in overseeing important packages, directing a small commercial team and ensuring the commercial aspects of the project are delivered to the high standards set by the client.  The role will report into a Senior Commercial Manager.

About You:

Good NEC contract knowledge

Strong client interfacing skills

Good reporting skills

Able to manage others

£50m + project experience

Structured career history, showing progression
