Location - (Reading & Bracknell)

Salary – Permanent / Freelance

£80,000 / £475 (inside)

We’re working with a leading infrastructure services company delivering essential utilities projects across the UK. They currently have two significant water framework projects in Reading and Bracknell and are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (or an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step up) to join their team. The Role

• Manage all commercial aspects of two live water framework projects.
• Oversee cost planning, budget control, procurement, contract administration, and subcontract management.
• Provide accurate reporting on project costs, cashflow and forecasts to senior management.
• Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure contractual compliance and maximise project profitability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally with utilities, infrastructure, or water sector exposure.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and commercial processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple sites (Reading and Bracknell) as needed.
