Senior Quantity Surveyor (Civils)

Salary:  to £75k + package

Based:  North East Lincolnshire (DN40)

A major project requires a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team:

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be based on a recently awarded contract involving a new port Terminal valued at £100m.  The role will involve sub-contract management and administration, cost and value reporting and playing a key role in main contract change management and reporting.  You will assist initially in sub-contract procurement.

Key Attributes for the Role:

• Extensive NEC4 contract experience
• Excellent communication and administrative skills
• Strong Commercial awareness
• Ideally Degree qualified
• Have worked for an established UK based Civils Contractor on £25m+ projects
