Senior Quantity Surveyor (Aviation Civils)

Salary:  £65k + bonus + package

Based:  Gatwick / Hybrid (RH6)

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor interested in working for arguably the fastest growing and dynamic aviation contractor in the UK?

• Our client has secured a major portfolio of work in the last year at the key airports in the UK, and have now got an exciting opening for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team.  The position will report directly to the Lead Commercial Manager of aviation on the South.
• The role will focus on Gatwick contracts.  These works will involve civils, MEP, welding and piping with projects mainly ranging in value from £1-10m.

Key Criteria for the Role:

• Strong NEC experience
• Ability to working within a Project Management and Client side advisory capacity
• Good client interfacing skills
• Sound contractual and negotiating skill set
• Degree Qualified or Chartered
• Structured career history
