• Can you successfully oversee the commercial function of your own project as Senior Quantity Surveyor with no supervision?

• A local civils specialist contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is to oversee a variety of schemes, but predominantly projects that are part of a framework for Scottish Water.
• These can be a mix of low value, high volume works or marine, flood defence or civils projects. Typically their projects are valued between £500k-5m.
• Senior Quantity Surveyor applicants must be strong at administering the NEC form of contract, have prior civils experience and be able to run with little to no supervision.
• This role would suit a Senior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to join a local civils specialist and stay close to home.
