Senior Quantity Surveyor (Roads)
Freelance:  to £450 per day Ltd
Based:  NE London (E17) & hybrid

This position is to work on a major Highways framework, delivering a variety of civils schemes over the term of the contract.  These works will range from surfacing, through to carriage and footway construction and refurbishment projects.

About the Role:
This opportunity is open for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility of the framework, reporting directly to the Company Commercial Director.  You will work closely with the project and engineering teams and be able to deliver accurate commercial forecast, final accounts, reviews and month end reporting.

About You:

• Have a structured career history in highways or civil frameworks
• Strong NEC experience
• Quantity Surveying degree (desired)
• Ability to work independently
• Good client interfacing skills
