Senior Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

Salary:  £65k + package

Based:  North London (N18)

About the Company:

An exciting Senior Quantity Surveyor position is on offer with one of the leading infrastructure contractors in the UK.  They have been involved in some of the most important projects ever built in the UK and continue to secure some of the most sought-after schemes. 

About the Project:

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to take up a key role on a major regeneration contract.  Our client will be delivering all the civils for the scheme, with the initial phase being £100m+.  The works will comprise of heavy infrastructure, earthworks, remediation, utilities and bridges.

About the Role:

You will work closely with the Project Manager and Project Commercial Director in overseeing key packages on the contract.  You will ensure the companies commercial position is protected at all times, as well as a focus on driving efficiency and profit.  Alongside that you will provide support and development to the more junior members of the commercial team.

Ideal Background:

• Have a background in delivering £50m+ civils projects
• Strong commercial acumen
• Strong sub-contract package management
• Strong NEC experience
• Structured career history
• Good procurement experience
