An opportunity with a reputable Developer has arisen for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in South East London.

The contractor typically specialises in delivery of mid-high rise RC frame construction for mixed-use, residential and/or commercial use and finished to very high specification.

Based in Lewisham, as the Senior Quantity Surveyor you will oversee the build of 2 or 3 of the business’ new RC frame mixed-use/residential schemes (the other 2 also being located in London) and you will be commercially responsible for the full duration of these multi-million pound schemes in their entirety as lead and reporting to the office-based Managing Quantity Surveyor, with Quantity Surveyor and Assistant Quantity Surveyor levels reporting in to you.

The business is known for its productivity and the quality of its product and are looking for someone with a good background working on RC frame residential projects within a large contractor or developer and have experience knowledge of all packages required throughout the full build and completion of a mixed-use major project.
