The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join an award winning High-End Residential Developer based in Hertfordshire. This fast growing Residential Developer specialises in building prestigious new homes of distinction in prime areas and currently has a development portfolio in excess of £200m.

Initially the role will see you working on a 50 unit residential scheme, the first stage due for completion this year. All of the projects you will be working on are all within a ten minute drive of the office, so no lengthy commutes!

This family run, friendly organisation offers excellent possibilities for career progression optimised through tailored training plans. The opportunity will enable you to enhance and develop your own portfolio as well as expanding your industry knowledge and experience.

Required:

• 5 + years relevant experience

• Residential experience

• Degree qualified or equivalent desired
