Due to continued growth, the opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a Construction Cost Consultancy & Project Management Practice based in Hammersmith. Initially the role will see you running commercial fit out projects in London up to £10m in value.

Over the last two decades this company has built up a strong reputation for its project management and construction consultancy skills, both amongst its clients and other project partners in the construction industry. They cover sectors including residential, education, health, sustainable energy, leisure, retail, banking, communications and offices.

Required:

• PQS/Consultancy experience
• 10 - 15 years relevant experience
• Ability to run projects under no supervision
• Ideally MRICS
