Over the past 5 years this outstanding building contractor has developed a reputation of delivering an efficient, cost effective and value focused service on residential and mixed use projects.  Size of contracts range from £10 – 150m, located in London and the Home Counties.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team taking responsibility for managing a £70m mixed use project consisting of 180 units.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, the role will be reporting into a Commercial Manager.  Key commercial tasks will involve procurement of Sub-Contract packages, contract management/administration of Sub-Contracts and management valuations/claims.

Ideally you will have the following experience:

Be a Lead / Senior Quantity Surveyor on £50m + contracts

Ability to develop into a role and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors

Structured career history, showing progression
