Senior Quantity Surveyor (highways / roads framework) - London - W

One of London’s leading highways and road framework delivery companies has an urgent role for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team!

Potential 2 year contract, with possibility of extension thereafter!

The role will be based on a prestigious London framework scheme.  Working alongside 2 Contract Managers, you will be responsible for overseeing a key portfolio of work.  The position will be a strategic one, focused on identifying and reporting key metrics on the project as well as ensuring works are delivered within the financial targets and forecasts set.

The position will require a Senior Quantity Surveyor with the following background:

• Highways / Roads framework experience
• Strong client interfacing skills
• Able to work independently and at a strategic level
• Structured career history
