A prestigious contract has been awarded to this market leading contractor to deliver on a major investment programme for the airport.  Delivered under the NEC contract, works carried out will vary from civils / build / M&E.

The role will be for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong NEC background to be part of the commercial team and carry out key packages of work. As the chosen Senior Quantity Surveyor will be reporting into the Commercial Lead, you will have autonomy over your packages of work and co-ordinate closely with the site and engineering teams to ensure the works are carried out and delivered in accordance with the targets.

It’s a new contract, with around a 4 year time-frame.  For the right individual the position offers outstanding long term career prospects.

The suitable Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the following background:

• Strong NEC background
• Ability to manage £10m + packages
• Structured career history
• Ability to guide / manage junior members of staff
