The opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established sub-contractor that work in a range of industry sectors including hospitals, residential apartments, schools, hotels and student accommodation.
This organisation has completed packages up to £22M and have expertise and experience of working on various projects including hospitals, offices, hotels and residential premises, using the full range of modern materials and construction methods.
We take pride in our reputation for quality, service and providing value for money. The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work closely with their Suppliers, Main Contractors and Clients to add value and deliver first class installations within programme and budget, including reducing waste to a minimum wherever possible.
